The Nest Theatre is the only place solely dedicated to improvisation, sketch, and experimental comedy in Columbus, Ohio! Started by two vets of the Chicago improv scene, instructors here are world-renowned and adored for their inspirational and insightful teaching styles.
Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
All course materials are provided. You don't need to bring anything at all - Just you.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After performing with ComedySportz, iO Chicago, and The Second City, both instructors wanted to make a clubhouse in Columbus for a growing community (plus, Tara is from here)!
What do you love most about your job?
This is truly the thing that can help change the joy capacity of the world. Professionals, artists, all different walks of life using the same tenets to collaborate and communicate through comedic games. "If you can laugh together, you can work together."
