F45 Training, West Coral Springs

F45 fitness training takes a holistic approach to training, combining, and mixing two key components to getting fit: cardio and resistance. Training is conducted in a group environment aimed to encourage and motivate members to achieve their goals. High-intensity workouts with strengthening and conditioning programs alongside the idea of pushing the mind and body strive to create a unique, functional method of training. To date, F45 has trained the likes of Hugh Jackman for his ‘Wolverine’ role, Ricky Martin, and Nicole Richie.
