Situated among the trees and mountainous landscape of the Finger Lakes Region, The Outdoor Adventure Center unfurls a world of high-flying thrills. Here, both kids and adults make like squirrels and scuttle across the treetops on ropes courses. Suspended up to 34 feet in the air, climbers take on 21 different challenges—think suspended bridges, tight ropes, and horizontal tire bridges. But have no fear, you'll be safely strapped to the course with a trusty harness. For a more adrenaline-pumping journey, there's the 1,300-foot-long zipline, that's part of a 4-line guided zip tour, that sends riders soaring at speeds of more than 40 mph as they cruise over a babbling stream.

Once on solid ground, you'll find the Nor'easter Mountain Coaster. You control your own car on the 4,300-foot alpine coaster, bobbing and dipping over the rocks and crags, taking a slow scenic trip or a full-throttle ride at speeds of 28 mph.
