The Bearded Monk, Denton

Embodying the spirit of a high-end cigar shop, The Bearded Monk invites folks to sit around and talk shop. But instead of Cubans, the aficionados gather round to talk craft beer, and the topic of conversation is the bar's more than 20 beers from rotating taps and casks. In addition to offering pours and growlers, the artisan hotspot lines its unfinished wood shelves with small-batch beers out of breweries that crisscross the US. These include Michigan's Founder's, Alaska's Alaskan Brewing Company, and Texas's own Audacity Brew House.
