Kindness Yoga owners Patrick Harrington and Cameron Dabney are dedicated to establishing a thriving yogic community at all four of their studio locations, where yoga practitioners of all skill levels flock to achieve physical invigoration and mental centering. Kindness Yoga’s more than 70 instructors share their limb-stretching expertise and breathing techniques with visitors during classes that focus on a wide array of styles, such as gentle Hatha, challenging Vinyasa, and sweat-inducing Kindness Hot, which is practiced in a heated room. Teacher training programs are also available at the 200-hour and 500-hour levels.
