Although I understand it is a small business, the staff should be retrained and the chef should keep up with making sure items are available at all times. The last time I visited using a Groupon, staff had no idea what it was or how to use it. Staff should be trained on ALL available promotions.

Yes, I have been to other 'served to the table' buffets and have had no problem being able to take uneaten portions home with me (as long as I wasn't trying to take advantage of it or anything). I cannot stand wasting food and I had to leave a half order or mushrooms and half of a chicken breast behind because I became to full to finish it. Being that your customers pay $21 for a buffet, they should be allowed to take uneaten, not full orders home. That really bothered me and would cause me not to go back.
