Delta Krav Maga is dedicated to training you in the world's most effective self-defense and hand-to-hand combat system. Students can expect: a rigorous cardiovascular workout, strengthening and conditioning, exercise promoting weight loss, and phenomenal self-defense training.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? _We teach the best self-defense with realistic scenarios and situations. Our fitness challenges and exciting lesson plans change each week to keep clients motivated and coming back for more. We offer level testing to our clients who are interested in progressing in their Krav Maga journey. _

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? _The owner/chief instructor, Jake Herrick, was inspired by his own journey to finding Krav Maga to open his own school in East Longmeadow. Jake wanted to start the first krav school in the area and teach people how to defend themselves. Delta Krav Maga is showing people how to stay safe. _

What do you love most about your job? We at Delta Krav Maga encourage all ages and walks of life to join us for class. We love the family culture we have in our classes and how supportive everyone is to succeed in their self-defense training. Our classes work together to make the world a safer place and that's something we love about our job!
