Great job cleaning my carpets. Poor customer service. Don’t use this service unless you want to spend lots of time on the phone, coordinating pickup & dropoffs, checking in to see where the drivers are, following up, rescheduling delivery, etc. My carpets were gone for about a month and when a snowstorm was forecast, they changed the delivery date on me and blamed me for not being responsive.

I worked with NYC Steam Cleaning for a bathroom & kitchen tile clean and I cannot possibly say enough positive things about this company. From start to finish they were easy to work with, flexible, professional, timely and, importantly, effective. My place looks brand new!! Reuben was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and his team was the exact same in person. I'm only sad I don't have another bathroom/kitchen for them to do. Would absolutely recommend and 100% work with again.
