The service "tech" showed me pictures of "my ducts" which there was no way he had access to take the said picture. He then tried to tell me they found a dead animal in the ducts, which was a lie, so I asked him how I didn't smell it. I would not recommend this company.

Never used this voucher but it says I have. Went to go to make an appointment for it and says already used. Not sure what to do.

Beware... this is the most corrupt company I have ever come across. The technician, Zach quoted the dryer vent length to be 30 feet, event though it was well under 15. They come out and give you stupid excuses so that they can get more money. A piece of advice don’t do business with them.

They will come in and up sell their services, then provide a sketchy receipt. When you do some digging and try to get something better for insurance purposes, they will block your phone number and you cannot get in touch with them. Fraudulent to say the least.
