Had my room and was unable to use it. Covid19 closed the hotel down. Been trying to get a refund and I’m just getting the run around now. Hotel says they can’t help because they never received the money. Groupon says they can’t give me a refund yet because they have see if I used the certificate. Between emailing the casino 2 weeks ago and now finally being able to speak to someone. Maybe a refund

We ended up with a double queen room for some reason, but it's not a big deal. Still a beautiful room. I was looking forward to taking a bath, I was unawares that these rooms dont have baths. But instead they have something better, rain showers. I was so excited about that. I was only able to afford one night but I wish I could have stayed longer. I loved it. Very comfortable and quiet and beautiful. I'll come back next vacation. Hopefully for more than one night.
