You carged me 2 time in the same day for this , I only own one car making charging me twice impossible , can't seem you get Groupon to give me back what they took from my account , over $ 100 but never get reply's from Groupon

Tire choice best oil change. No wait! Front desk was very helpful. Price was reasonable too.

Don’t ever visit Tire Choice at 431 San Pablo at Albany. They were terrible and no customer service or I would, say that they just don’t care and dont want to support. I made a phone call and clicked their website to set up 1 pm oil change appointment for October 19, When I arrived on time, they didn’t want any Groupon deal. Said they don’t have anything to do with Groupon. After i shown him the Groupon receipt and questioned him the reasons. Finally he accepted my Groupon. The nightmare began after 3 hours of waiting and ready to pickup my car. They lost one of my tire lock nut. I questioned buy they said they didn’t lost and said it was lost when I dropped of my car. How? I always have my key in my position all time until I gave them for tire rotation and just said it was lost when I dropped of car, made no any sense. Unprofessional. If I didn’t check my tire, I would never know. I question him why you didn’t letting me. At least informed me one the nut was not installed back. Again, he said it was lost before I dropped off. The worst just happened after I drove of my car away without one nut in my tire, I heard some noise when I drove. It turned out that they forgot to put the oil change cap in my car. Oil was spilled out under my car hood and making a loud noise. Now I believe they must lost my tire lock nut and forgot to closed my oil cap after oil change. With this experience with company like Tire choice, who still wants to visit them!!
