1. What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

CryoMe provides a holistic approach to health and wellness. We help our clients reach their physical goals through innovative technology, a supportive community network, and professionals who sincerely care. Some of our services include cryo, infrared, massage, and oxygen therapies. We are devoted to improving people's lives.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I stumbled across cryotherapy looking for something to treat my ankle and found that it helped fix the pain in my back too. I felt the Elk Grove area needed this and so I made it happen. Over the last year, I realized in order to help as many people as possible get pain relief, I had to branch out. For that reason, I decided to expand into different modalities in order to bring something to everyone.

3. What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is that moment when a first-time customer finishes a service and says, “I feel amazing!” I love getting to help all the new people we meet.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

One of our members recently began our new cryo facial service. She no longer has fine wrinkles on her face, the deep wrinkles around her eyes are gone, and the wisdom spots have started fading. While I expected the service to improve her skin, I was not expecting the emotional response; when I showed her the before and after pictures, her smile was ecstatic!
