Some familiar faces have come through Xtreme Couture MMA—ask the instructors and they'll tell you professional fighters such as Dan Ige, Miesha Tate and Francis Ngannou have all trained here. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. Founder Randy "The Natural" Couture probably looks pretty familiar himself, considering he's a six-time UFC world champion (as well as the first fighter to hold championships in two weight classes), and on his staff of trainers are a six-time Muay Thai World champion, an American Grappling games super-fight champion, and half a dozen professional MMA fighters. Of course, you don't have to be a pro to kick or punch at Xtreme Couture MMA. These instructors teach classes in boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and other disciplines to students as young as five, because apart from technique, the most important thing they stress is approachability.
