The instructors at Balanced Hot Yoga believe in making yoga fun and approachable for students of all skill levels. Throughout each class, instructors provide individual attention to students by checking their alignment as they gradually progress from less demanding to more demanding poses, frequently reminding students to breathe, move with intention, and listen to their bodies. The studio offers a variety of vinyasa flow classes, including Balanced Flow, Restorative Flow, Wake N' Go Flow, and Friday Fun Flow. As their name implies, Balanced Hot Yoga focuses on hot yoga, with temperatures ranging from 100 to 105 degrees and humidity between 40% and 70% (sun tan and tropical drinks not included). However, they also have non-heated classes that sit at a more comfortable 70-75 degrees.
