We provide Intimate classes with qualified teachers offering modifications for all abilities. Our classes are tailored to the students attending the class rather than a predefined sequence.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Changing the sequences for each class and offering a challenge pose that builds stamina and endurance along with a well balanced practice to reinforce a strong mind/body/breath connection.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Recognizing the need to offer the timeless practice of yoga to our under-served community.
