I have never had Zoom whitening before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had an event in the next few days and they were able to squeeze me in to accommodate that. First they squeeze some gel near the gum line to protect your gums. Then they do four 15 minutes sessions of whitening. You can sit relax, I listen to my audiobook. It was only at the end of the last session that I noticed some sensitivity in one of my teeth. I met with the dentist at the very end for her to look at my teeth overall- they did suggest additional work since I had some unfilled cavities that they were able to show me on their camera. I wanted to wait to do the feedback until the sensitivity went away. Truthfully it was not that bad and only lasted for a few hours- and for me it was only one particular tooth. The staff was great- no high pressure sales tactics to get me to get my teeth cleaned or pay for other services. They did a great job and I am very pleased with the result!!

The office is very professional after completing intake form I was taken back for Zoom whitening I’m satisfied with results would return again.
