Bebop Korean Mexican Grill, Fairfax

The folks at Bebop Korean Mexican Grill had a simple question: what would happen if Mexican and Korean cuisines collided? Not one for waiting, they decided to answer that question themselves. At Bebop, chefs allow customers to create and customize their own Korean-Mexican fusion tacos, burritos, or bowls. Diners can add proteins such as carne asada steaks or beef bulgogi, and then combine that with all sorts of toppings including kimchi, Mexican street corn, or bean sprouts. To top it off, there are a number of sauces that take ingredients from both regions.
