I booked my appointment over a week ago and the stylist "forgot" and double booked. She does not listen very well to what her clients want and she ended cutting off way too much hair! I nearly walked out, I was so upset and to make matters worse, she was very argumentative and condescending. For someone who claims to have over 14 years of experience, her ability to work with clients is disappointing to say the least. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, particularly if you have long hair.

I called to try and make a last minute appointment. She said she would call me back. When she did, she asked me to be there in 15 minutes which I was able to do. The shop is in the process of moving which was evident by the items for sale by the door. I was charged an additional $20 because of my hair length but she just trimmed 1.5 inches straight across; it took about 20 minutes to wash, trim, and blow dry my hair. On my way out, she gave me her card and noted that in the future my haircut would cost $45. So, I ended up paying more with the Groupon ($30 + $20 long hair fee) and I tipped based on what the full price would have been.
