1. What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? GROOVE offers indoor cycling, Zumba, and Total Body Strength classes with world class instructors and heart-pumping music in a welcoming environment. Class participants burn an average of 400-600 calories per class.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We recognized a need for a dedicated cycling studio in Fayetteville. Our goal is to create a community of dedicated participants who reach their fitness goals while having fun along the way.

3. What do you love most about your job? We love having a direct impact on the lives of clients by helping them to improve their health.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I love the classes!! I really miss it when my work schedule doesn’t allow me to be here.
