When Bandit entered the lives of Nick and Katie Clark, the spotted pup taught the yogi couple its way of life: "Play hard. Love Big." The Clarks apply that philosophy at their studio, Spotted Dog Yoga, where they teach Baptiste yoga, a Hatha-inspired methodology that involves plenty of meditation, movement, and sweat. In the gently lit, hardwood-floored studio, the instructors offer beginners' sessions, high-intensity interval training, and everything in between—the power yoga class, for instance, involves invigorating movements and soothing stretches in a room heated to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
