_What makes us different from the other so call Personal Training and fitness companies is “nobody is left behind.” You and all of the personal trainers and coaches work together as a team to customize a fitness and health plan so you can reach your goals. Remember if you reach your goals it makes us as a company look like geniuses and that’s how over the years we have gotten so many referrals from our customers. So if you are a beginner or you are a fitness nut our training range from slow to high-intensity workout. 

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

365 Fitness Now Trainers and Coaches are fully versed in many kinds of training methods. So if it’s resistance-training exercises, core/circuit training, cardio kickboxing, and boxing, kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, Battle/Heavy ropes, we do it all! We also provide diet-monitoring programs with daily counseling.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

What inspired us to start 365 Fitness Now is after 60+ years of combined experience coaching elite professional athletes, mixed martial artists, boxers, etc. while being active pro athletes and coaches ourselves we wanted to bring elite training and nutrition to you at a price to fit any budget.

What do you love most about your job?

We make it our mission to work with you and to help you achieve your fitness and health goals. Each member of our staff takes our mission personally, which is why we assign 4 trainers and health coaches to each client
