What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We specialize in fitness based cardio Boxing/Kickboxing/MMA classes. Classes are 1 hour and taught by a professional fighter. Classes burn anywhere from 800-1000 calories per class. The large group classes provide a positive environment for reaching fitness goals.
Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
Kids classes are ages 6-12. 13 years and older can take the adult classes.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To provide a challenging yet safe environment for people to reach there fitness goals. Mixed Martial Arts has always been a passion of mine and UFC Gym provides an avenue for anyone to train in Martial Arts with out having to get punched or kicked.
What do you love most about your job?
Every time someone says the gym has changed their life in some positive manner.
