APEC has a state of the art facility with equipment you don't find in other workout settings. Our coaches are all professionally certified. With their knowledge and experience, they bring programming to the next level. APEC believes in a group training environment for competition and community!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
APEC's exercise programs are written a year in advance to ensure our athletes are going through a variety of movements & progressions. Coaches gather key goals from each athlete to custom tailor exercises to push each athlete towards their individual goals. Consistent checkins on progress are vital!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
APEC started on grass fields in Tyler with the desire to help athletes in anyway we possibly could. Through determination, hard work, and the support of the community, we grew into a facility that allowed us to do what we always wanted, help more people. APEC's lucky to be in Fort Worth and help DFW

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing athletes reach their goals and do things they only dreamed possible is more reward than anything else. The people make APEC special. Dreams into Plans!
