Extreme Escape Games, Franklin

The clever puzzle-masters and architects of fun behind Extreme Escape Games are on a mission to take the escape room experience to the next level. And they achieve it by filling each of their immersive games with what they call, "The WOW Factor." With one of the largest escape room facilities in all of Tennessee, Extreme Escape Games gives players plenty of that "WOW" with a wealth of scenarios to choose from. The rules are simple: you and your team (which could be co-workers, family members, friends, or a great date) are locked in a room and must race against time (60 minutes, to be precise) to escape. But the games require ninja-like brain powers and the ability to work together to solve puzzles, decipher codes, and complete hidden objectives in order to beat the clock. The Rooms

• Quarantine: A zombie apocalypse is brewing, and it's up to your team to decipher the mysteries inside a military quarantine to save humanity. Escape Rate: 28%

• Mad Scientist: Every time there's a mad scientist involved, you can count on an experiment gone awry. Besides, "happy and sane" scientists are no fun. Escape Rate: 23%

• The United Escapes of America: There's a secret agent in your midst. Maybe he works for you? Maybe he works for the bad guys? The clues hold the answers in this game of espionage. Escape Rate: 35%. Opening Fall of 2016

• The Lab: You and your team are trapped in a lab, and must unravel a series of surprises left by a nefarious thief. Escape Rate: TBD Opening Fall of 2016
