The chefs at Barwachi draw inspiration from Southern Indian and Northern Indian cuisines. The menu includes Indo-Chinese dishes from the north, such as deep-fried chicken lollipops, alongside biryanis from the south, which combine herbed biryani rice with sauces, veggies and meats, or cubes of paneer cheese. These dishes pair well with traditional Indian drinks, such as sweet, salty, or fruity lassis, or milk flavored with butter or roses.
