Dr. Barakat has been in the dental field since 2009. She worked as an expanded duty dental assistant before becoming a dentist. Dr. Barakat received her certificate in molecular science and Bachelor of Science from the University of West Florida, where she graduated as an Honors Scholar. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Louisiana State University. She was awarded a Dental Implant Award from the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. And she recently became a Certified Cerec Doctor and has her Certification in Advanced Laser Training Technology.

At Smiles Forever of Gardendale we go above and beyond for our patients. We try our best to serve everyone, whether it be a small child or somebody's grandparent! We do anything from a filling or a crown to whitening or botox and fillers.
