Inner Truth Integrative Therapies, Glastonbury

Christopher is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. He is a Reiki Master, Energy Therapist and a Craniosacral Therapist. Christopher has completed three years studying energy therapy at the Integrative Therapies Wellness and Education Center.

Forever interested in the mind/body connection, Christopher has a strong understanding of physical dis-ease and how its brought forth from our emotions. He believes the whole body is connected and likes to address the entire system while also focusing on clients' specific needs. Respect and consideration is given to each clients session experience. Christopher works intuitively, with a sense of spirit, in connection with the individual, providing a deeply profound session with lasting results.

Living a joyful and balanced life is the key to being of service to others. Christopher uses meditation and hiking to help live this balanced life. The commitment to his individual spirit as well as his love for what he does is the reason for his quality bodywork.
