They were super accommodating with the scheduling, which is awesome. Free parking was a bit harder for me to find near their clinic. I chose to do my upper lip and it hurt quite a bit but I can already see effects after just the first session (as opposed to other laser experiences where it was not as painful but also not as effective at the first session).

Dr. Nancy made my first experience so amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and not weird because it was pretty painful for me. She was very patient and kind with me. 10/10 recommend!

The secretary wasn’t wearing her face mask and unlike the other spas I’ve been to, they made me wait 20 minutes before my appointment started. The doctor was quick and good though.
