Personalized Pilates, Tarrytown

After having two kids and spending 15 years working in the corporate world, Leslie Zeldes needed a new challenge. A friend suggested Pilates, and soon she was hooked. She spent the next four years learning from various instructors—all while throwing herself into continuing education courses in everything from anatomy to working with folks recovering from injuries.  She also worked for two Corporate Fitness companies that motivated her to take on Group Fitness, and got certified as a Personal Trainer. Due to the changes in our world, she wanted to take her business into her home. Now having dual certifications, she wanted to create a more easy-going experience for people who aren't completely comfortable with big classes or gyms. That's why she transformed her home into Personalized Pilates/Personal Training. Her spacious, inviting studio includes Pilates equipment, Barbells, weights, a rowing machines and many props for resistance and wait training. Covid Safe, masks are required, daily temperature checks, and the top cleaning agents specific to germs and viruses, are used between each client.
