- Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)

- Keloid Scarring (consult your doctor)

- Hemophiliac

- Seborrheic Dermatitis

- Use of the following medications: Triflusal (Disgren), Clopidogrel (Plavix), Prasugrel (Effient), Ticagrelor (Brilinta), Ticlopidine (Ticlid), Cilostazol (Pletal), Vorapaxar (Zontivity), Dipyridamole (Persantine), Coumadin, Pradaxia (dibigatran), Xarelto (rivaraxaban), Eliquis (apixaban), Savaysa (edoxaban), Doxycycline,

- FOR EYE/LASH SERVICES: If you have eyelash extensions, they MUST be removed prior to your appointment.

- FOR LAMINATION/LIFT: If you have a history of allergic reactions to perming or tinting solutions.

- REMOVAL ONLY: Not eligible if you have an allergy to saline solutions.
