Some Like It Hot Power Yoga is a studio run by knowledgeable and passionate people who specialize in flow Vinyasa Yoga but with an emphasis on power. They want to challenge their students with demanding classes and motivate them to reach their own highest potential. They believe that with the right guidance anyone with a basic knowledge of yoga can attend their classes and take out something useful for themselves. And for those who do not know the basics, the studio offers introductory classes once a month.
