Very disappointing experience.
I booked an appointment specifically for masseter Botox using a Groupon, and clearly stated this at the time of booking. When I arrived, the PA refused to provide the Groupon service and the medical assistant told me I would instead need an $800 treatment.
By that point, the staff had already redeemed my Groupon, leaving me stuck. I immediately tried to cancel and contact the merchant, but received no response for days.
This felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place, especially to Groupon customers.
