What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The lead coach (Coach James) has encompassed his 25+ years experience into a unique and individualized experience for members. He works hard towards the success of his clients which has landed him the position of UFC coach. He brings all of this into a fun, friendly home environment.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Motivation is an individualized process. By working with each member as an individual we learn to assist based on the needs of that person.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The Movement was developed in an effort to work with members to learn, grow and change into better individuals.

What do you love most about your job?
Watching our members achieve goals they have set for themselves.
