Had a cleaning scheduled. They didn't show up the 1st time. No show, no call. Then they showed up. They broke a piece off my console. It happens. I wouldn't have minded had they just told me. I questioned the owner and he denied it. It was a little compartment that I never use. It was hanging off the hinges after they left. Was very disappointing that they didn't admit their error. With this mistake and the fact that they didn't show up tells me they need to work on customer service. Having said that, the car cleaning was great!

Never returned call and asked for the voucher number, but never complied with the follow through

They did a fabulous job. my second hand honda never looked this good since I've owned it. Th hank you for such wonderful service! !!! (sorry I don't remember my techs name but he was super good!)

If I could have given this business 0 stars, I would have. My multiple attempts to contact this business were frustrating and worthless. I would call or text, sometimes even set up a day but a time at a later date, but ultimately, they never followed through. I couldn't even get them to come when I told them that my 2 housemates were interested in having their cars detailed. My groupon expired with no response from the company- even with Groupon's help to contact them.
