Malie Massage & Day Spa, Honolulu

I arrived there to the workers smoking indoors. The massage was cut short and I was left in my room a lot so that the workers could chat with each other. They did not believe my Groupon was legit, and then asked me if I could pay for the services and then come again with the voucher. After spending 10 minutes with them bringing up the app to show them it was legit (they didn't even try to scan the barcode), the lady asked me if she could have a tip. I did tip her, but I don't think the service deserved a tip.

Coco gave a great massage. The customer service was top notch. Can not wait for my next message

Terrible experience… The lady was getting interrupted with phone calls.. I had it enough when she was talking on the phone while using one hand to massage my back. People coming in asking “young girl to her”. Idk what that meant. But super sketch. I’m never the type to give reviews but this one is a must review to save you guys the pain in wasting your money.

Very loud people arguing outside the building. Not at all relaxing. Had to ask for them to close the door. I was in the front massage room . Maybe the back room is better and you hear less outside noise. I booked a 90 min body/foot and got up and dressed after then looked at my phone and saw it was 60 min so I showed the Groupon what I had paid for/booked. Not very organized.
