If you are outside of the service area, which is 35 miles, you will be charged a $35 trip fee. Stairs will cost an additional $45. And you are responsible for paying taxes on the entire amount (extra fees plus the total cost of the Groupon will all be taxed). That being said, I still think it's a good value, and I was happy with the service.

Worst bait and switch advertising I have ever seen. Came to my house and wanted 165.00 more to clean my carpets. Do not use this company.

Job was done too fast and rushed. Will not ever purchase services thru Groupon... I always end up spending more money. Done with that!

As a hard working consumer I must say I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided to me by this company! The floors were still dirty, they looked exactly the same but wet! As far as I'm concerned I could've rented a Rug Doctor! NEVER AGAIN!!
