With on-­site X-ray, skilled providers, and orthopedic physicians on call, we are equipped to diagnose and treat broken bones. If your condition requires a specialist, we will even make you an appointment for an in network specialist before you leave our clinic. 

Your co-pay will always be much less than at an emergency room. For those who do not have insurance, we offer reasonable self-pay rates and the option to purchase visits in bulk for additional savings. 

Next Level also offers sports physicals for school aged children for $35. Bring the form with you to the clinic and we’ll take care of the rest!
