F45 Training - Five Points HB, Huntington Beach

F45 Training takes a holistic approach to training, combining and mixing two key components to getting fit: cardio and resistance. Training is conducted in a group environment aimed to encourage and motivate members to achieve their goals. High-intensity full body workouts that are different every day, pushing the mind and body to create a unique, functional method of training. To date, F45 has trained the likes of Hugh Jackman for his ‘Wolverine’ role, Ricky Martin, and Nicole Richie.
