How do you keep clients motivated in their exercise routines? Our clients will never do the same workout twice. We have 27 workout styles, from resistance-focused to cardio and boxing focused. Our DJs create mixes from the latest hits for each individual workout. Variety, great music and fantastic trainers help motivate our clients.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? F45 is an Australian concept and the fastest growing fitness franchise in Australia. It's an exciting and fun brand and that's seen within each gym and workout. Once you do an F45 session you'll be hooked.

What do you love most about your job? It puts us in a position to change so many lives in a positive way. Seeing the community within the gym grow and watching people become a part of that community by connecting with others is an amazing thing.
