What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer a full-range of group fitness classes, private MMA training, personal and group dynamic training, plus MMA-style youth programming. UFC Gym creates something for all ages and fitness levels.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
UFC Gyms are not just for those interested in MMA. Its encyclopedic selection of classes includes cardio kickboxing, boxing, functional fitness training (Daily Ultimate Training), TRX suspension training, Jiu Jitsu, with plenty of classes for kids, as well.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
It's no secret that the UFC boasts some of the best athletes in the world. So it was only natural for the brand to expand into UFC Gym, a network of training centers that includes more than 100 locations across the country.

What do you love most about your job?
The UFC Gym community. We have the best members and coaches in the industry, hands down. Members here train different, train together, and reach their goals together. To put is simply, we train as a team. We are UFC Gym!
