I never redeemed this service. they asked for the groupon code when I made the appointment. The appointment was rescheduled due to my schedule, then they had to reschedule it several times and they never showed up. Poor service, and poor communication.

Professional. Seemed to do a good job.

It is almost impossible to contact the service provider to schedule an appointment. I had to email groupon to get their phone number. The servicemen did not show up for the first nor the second appointment. And they didn't even call to cancel or reschedule with me. It took several months to get them to come out. They looked at my air ducts and told me that amount of work would cost more than the groupon. I sent them away with the agreement of a refund of the service and now two months later i am still waiting for the refund.

Not worth your time. Guy showed up in sweatpants and a shirt that said carpet cleaning. He was pushy and immediately tried to sell me an upgrade from my Groupon for a $300+ air duct cleaning. When I stated I just wanted the Groupon price he was rude and unprofessional. He did not reconnect the dryer vent when he was finished. Don't waste your money! Would definitely not recommend.
