Train with a staff of full time trainers including multiple UFC fighters, Brazilian Jitsu Black Belts and Olympic level wrestling coaches. LI MMA offers classes for people interested in competing in MMA Competition and classes for people just interested in a getting a great functional work out.
Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
We have classes for children from 5-13 and adults!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our love for MMA inspired us to open Long Island MMA nearly 5 years ago, we enjoy helping everyone reach their MMA and Fitness goals.
What do you love most about your job?
We love changing peoples lives through martial arts. Martial arts is a great tool to help you develop your potential not just physically but mentally as well.
