A private lesson provides a peaceful and welcoming environment to learn and test new breathing and meditation techniques.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As I work with individuals of all ages, I learned many people were intimated to begin a practice of mediation on their own. This opened a fantastic opportunity for me begin teaching mediation and breathing classes.

What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people and watching their practice develop. Similar to all things in life, mediation is a practice. It has moments of difficulty, joy, bliss and is constantly changing.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
One of my long time clients,Cindy, said learning to breathe and practice tai chi changed every part of her life. The techniques and principles became life practices.
