Mr. Young Lee, the founder of Flame Broiler noticed the sparsity of restaurants serving healthy food. Deciding to take it upon himself to fill that void, he opened his first restaurant in 1995, starting upon a path that would lead to 180 locations across the United States. The secret to Flame Broiler's success lies in the simplicity of the dishes with the focus being placed on the quality of ingredients.
