honestly, not impressed with the wax. There were a lot of hairs left that she did not even try to tweeze. Also, she was very rough and did my wax in large sections and rushed it. The wax was way too hot also and I felt very not cared for as the customer.

First time at Waxlab…Charlsie was awesome. Quick and easy! Front desk staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The business is so clean, rooms are organized. I highly recommend.
