Absolutely awful service. Booking an appointment was a struggle, and when I finally arrived, they made me come back and were completely dishonest. A process that should have taken 30–60 minutes was rushed in just 5 minutes. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

It’s interesting that you mentioned dishonesty in your review because you’re being dishonest you were late for your appointment. I explained that due to you being late we would have to move quickly however I gave you more than you purchased. You only purchased micro needling and we gave you micro needling with RF, which is much stronger it’s not a time based it’s based on pulses you can only do so many pulses on ones face. The average is 95 to 105 we did 223 pulses. In the future, please refrain from leaving dishonest reviews.

They have the worst customer service. The package I brought did not state that it wouldn't work unless I purchased other treatments. Im very disappointed and they refuse to offer me a refund.
