New Jersey Vein and Laser Center is headed by two physicians who also happen to be married: Dr. Owano Pennycooke and Dr. Shelley-Ann Pennycooke. Owano, a board-certified vascular surgeon, focuses on preventing and treating vein disease. He relies on conservative means as well as minimally invasive sclerotherapy and radio-frequency ablation.

Shelley-Ann serves as the medical director of aesthetic services. She and her staff use laser treatments to rid clients of unsightly veins, unwanted hair, acne scars and brown pigment such as sun spots. They can also use that noninvasive technology to make tattoos and fine lines disappear.
