Guests are able to find a full-service recovery regimen at The Stretch Lounge. The purpose of the Recovery Lounge centers around the recovery of the general athlete, making the latest technology in recovery available to everyone, instead of just professional athletes. The Stretch Lounge, meanwhile, gives a one-on-one experience to its clients, holding fascial stretching sessions (FST) with a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist. This is meant to restore flexibility, lengthen muscles, and bring the body back to its previous mobility before the changes over the years have reduced functionality.
