I wouldn't know, resort was closed and you won't refund my $1862. You are stealing my family's money. Hope you are proud of yourself. And please quit telling me to contact a support specialist, we are a dozen attempts in.

We went here for our honeymoon and we're very glad we did. Awesome place and close to anything you could possibly want to do while in the keys.

the set up for my room was perfect for my family. It was super kean to detail and clean. the grounds and amenities were amazing. my only complaints would be the on site restaurants were extremely pricey and not worth the high expense ($15 for a kids meal with extremely small portions) the $200 per day security deposit hold, and $30+ resort fee. Ideally I would like to return but itd have to really consider the high resort fee and c.c hold expenses.
