Get Fit St. Louis's owner and trainer Susie Karleskint founds each of her exercise classes in the practice of yoga, and she expands upon the routine with strength training, Pilates, and cardio drills. Susie ends each class with savasana—or corpse pose—in which clients lie still on their back for a moment of relaxation while the teacher weeps, places flowers on their chest, and tells them how good they were at yoga.
